I recently bought an iPad 3 which has helped enormously in all kinds of ways. Firstly, it means easy access to email and messages and also, as David Hockney has demonstrated, it has many great apps for artists. I have the 'Draw Something' app which is a game that involves exchange of drawings with friends and family. It's great fun, try it. I'm going to post some drawings and paintings here that I have done on the iPad and also some work that has come from the fact that it has inspired me to pick up a pencil and draw again and indeed draw and paint on the iPad.
